Session_2_FLAGS

Title: Network

“…the organisers initiated a proposal whereby a group of practitioners were invited to each make a flag. The flags had to conform to specific dimensions, a 2:3 ratio – the most common for national flags – and it was stated that they would be posed as sculptural objects and exhibited on uniform poles in the gallery space.”

Materials: Dissolvable capsules, polyester thread; 90cm x 60cm
